Do you take requests?
I do not take any requests. If you would like a specific idol/group, DM me on TikTok or Instagram. Depending on how many messages I get, I may prioritize that idol.
When will I get my order?
Please allow 2-3 weeks for orders to be processed; this is an independent brand, and I am doing everything myself. Shipping for USA orders will take up to 10 business days. International orders will take up to 25 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been processed.
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact me within 3 hours of purchase.
What is your exchange policy?
All sales are final. Because this is a one-person operation, returns or exchanges will not be accepted unless it is a mistake on my end. If this issue applies, please contact me here within 5 days of receiving the product.
Please double-check size charts before placing an order, as I do not offer exchanges for sizing issues.
Once an item has shipped, the shipping carrier is responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Refunds are only accepted if I have received the package back.
